Develop a project platform

Customer: Orexo

The challenge:
To develop a project platform for Orexo that can be used when the company’s products are licensed to clients and switch from internal production to external production, sales and marketing.

Our contribution:
We developed a project management tool in the form of templates, timetables, action lists, mapped structures, etc. Our project managers also act as advisors to Orexo’s project managers.

Result:
A clear project management structure with all templates and tools adapted to fit into Orexo’s organisation. The project model also makes it simple for new staff at Orexo to learn about existing projects.
